Abstract: Isolation and characterization of splenic PMN from PEGPH20/ shIDO-ST treated mice. (A) PMN were purified from crude spleen homogenates of treated mice through negative bead selection. Percentage of PMN in crude and purified preparations were determined by flow cytometry. (B) PEGPH20/shIDO-ST treatment was administered to mice that were depleted of PMN using Gr-1 antibody or administered IgG control. KPC-luc tumor growth was monitored by IVIS at indicated time points and quantitated using Living Image® software.
