Abstract: Comparative mRNA expression of MET exons 2-3, 14, and 20-21 from 5 patients with MET exon 14 splicing variants. All tumor samples tested had significantly and markedly lower expression of exon 14 in keeping with the transcriptional effects of the splice site mutations.
