Abstract: Evaluation of ST and PMN in PEGPH20 treated tumors at 24hr and 48hr time points. To determine the distribution of ST and PMN early during treatment, mice with 14 day orthotopic tumors were treated with indicated regimens. Tumors were excised at (A) 24h or (B) 48h, flash frozen in OCT, sectioned, and fixed onto Colorfrost slides (Fisher Scientific) using cold acetone. Slides were then costained with antibodies specific for ST and PMN. Slides were counterstained with appropriate fluorescently labeled secondary antibody and DAPI. Magnification: 20X
