Figure S1 from IL15 Infusion of Cancer Patients Expands the Subpopulation of Cytotoxic CD56bright NK Cells and Increases NK-Cell Cytokine Release Capabilities
Year: 2023

Abstract: Differentiation from CD56 bright to CD56 dim /CD94 high to CD56 dim /CD94 low NK cells is accompanied by increasing requirements for IL-15 to induce their proliferation. Various NK cell subsets were sorted from PBMCs of normal donors, CFSE-labeled, cultured for 7 days, and their CFSE dilu- tion as a measure of proliferation was determined by FACS.
