CD8+ T cells were divided into subsets of Naive (CD45RA+ CD62L+), Effector (CD45RA+ CD62L-), Central Memory (CD45RA- CD62L+), and Effector Memory (CD45RA- CD62L-). E. CD4+ T Cells were sub-divided as for CD8+ T cells. F. B cells were identified as CD19+ lymphocytes. G. NK Cells were further divided into CD56bright and CD56dim phenotypes. H.
