Abstract: Figure S1. UVB-induced squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the skin, when treated with 5-FU, shows increased expression of the differentiation marker E-cadherin, relative to vehicle treatment alone. Figure S2. Pretreatment of cutaneous UVB-induced SCC with 5-FU prior to PDT causes enhanced tumor cell death, as measured by TUNEL and by H&E histological staining.
