Abstract: Cell cycle analysis of acute leukemia cells treated with olaparib and AZD1775. A. The indicated cell lines were treated with DMSO (vehicle), olaparib (2 uM), and/or AZD1775 (200 nM) for 48 hr then fixed and stained with propidium iodide. Results are shown as mean {plus minus} SEM from a minimum of two independent experiments.
