Abstract: AZD1775 enhances the anti-proliferative effect of olaparib in AML patient samples with high baseline apoptosis or limited colony-forming ability. A and B. AML patient samples were treated with DMSO (vehicle control), olaparib (2 uM), and/or AZD1775 (200 nM) for 72 hr and analyzed for cell viability (A) and apoptosis induction (B). Live cell counts are normalized to cells receiving no treatment (NT). Results are shown as mean {plus minus} SEM of 2 technical replicates.
