Abstract: Figure S4 related to Figure 4 shows that GDC-0980 reduces mTORC1 and PI3K signaling in Merlin-mutant Meso-33 cells and the MSK-LX19 PDX model, p27 levels are dramatically increased by combined MLN4914 and GDC-0980 therapy, and that the treatments in Figure 4 were well-tolerated.
