Abstract: Supplementary Figure 4. To assay homologous recombination (HR), U251 DR-GFP cells were transfected with pCBAScel vector and harvested at 48 hours after indicated treatments. GFP+ve cells representing HR repair events were determined by flow cytometry and PCR based assays.
