Abstract: Supplementary Figure 5. To assay nonhomologous end joining (NHEJ), U251 DR-GFP cells were transfected with pCBAScel vector and harvested at 48 hours after indicated treatments. Genomic DNA was harvested for PCR amplification using DR-GFP primers, followed by I-Scel+Bcgl enzyme digestion and PCR products were subjected to gel electrophoresis.
