Supplementary Figures 1-6 from Phosphoproteomics Reveals MAPK Inhibitors Enhance MET- and EGFR-Driven AKT Signaling in KRAS-Mutant Lung Cancer
Year: 2023
Type: supplementary-materials
Abstract: S1. Relative cell viability after MEK inhibitor selumetinib (AZD6244) and binimetinib (MEK162) treatment in KRAS mutant lung cancer cell lines. S2. Western blotting showing target inhibition of MEK inhibitor-treated SILAC phosphoproteomics sample. S3. Phosphosites identified from A427 and A549 cells. S4. Extracted ion chromatograms, MS1 and MS2 spectra, for select phosphopeptides. S5. EBC1 (A) or H1648 (B) cells were incubated with selumetinib (1 μM, 24 hours), and then endogenous MET was immunoprecipitated. S6. Relative cell viability after treatment with MEK inhibitor alone or in combination with MET or EGFR inhibitor with growth factor ligands (HGF or EGF).
