(B) Representative dot plots showing that the percentage of IL-10+ and TGF-beta1+, CTLA-4+ and CD122+ T-lymphocytes co-cultured with wild-type Kras tumor cells (Colo320) overexpressing mutant KrasG12V plasmid (Kras Pd) is significantly higher than WT-cells.
