Abstract: Supplementary Figure 7. CD3+ CD8+ PD-1+ Tim-3+ T cells were FACS sorted from dissociated TC-1 tumor grown in C57BL/6 mice. Sorted T cells were then stimulated for 12h in vitro in 96-well plates coated with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28. Golgistoptm was added to the culture to arrest vessicle exocytosis. Cells were then permeabilized and stained for IL-10 and IFNγ or isotype control antibodies used at the same concentration.
