Abstract: PDF file - 5348K, Immunohistochemistry staining patterns (A) and quantification (B) of FosB (Santa Cruz, sc-48, 1:100 dilution) and c-Fos (Santa Cruz, sc-52, 1:100 dilution) of regenerated outgrowths from mammary stem cells (MaSCs) isolated from control or pubertal BPA-treated Balb/c mice at 4-month old (scale bars, 50 μm). Each pie chart represents percent ducts with different staining intensities in a section of one regenerated outgrowth. The data of the two pie charts in the same column were obtained from the paired outgrowths generated from control or BPA-treated MaSCs that were transplanted into cleared fat pads at the contralateral side of the same recipient mouse. Data from two pairs (P1 and P2) of outgrowths are presented. The examiner was blinded to the treatment.
