Abstract: Supplementary Figure S5 PDF file - 32K, PLX4032 decreases occupancy of the HER3 gene promoter in SW1736 thyroid cancer cells. A, CtBP1 or CtBP2 chromatin immunoprecipitation assays were performed in SW1736 cells treated with or without 2 ��M PLX4032 for 24 or 48 h as described in Figure 5F.
