Abstract: PDF file - 1301K, Figure S2. Absence of degranulation by CD19-28z CART cells in response to tumor cells expressing mesothelin or FRa or both. CD19-28z CART cells were cultured with the indicated antigen-negative tumor cells or tumor cells expressing FRa or mesothelin, or both antigens for 5 h while being stained by an anti-CD107a,b antibody conjugated with FITC. After incubation, T cells were stained for CD8 and CD69 and analyzed by flow cytometry.
