Abstract: Example of cytotoxicity assay. NK cell subsets were sorted by FACS. Control RAJI and target K562 cells were labeled with different CFSE concentrations, mixed and exposed to sorted NK cells for 18 hours. We determined the relative survival of control vs. target cells by FACS.
