Abstract: At 24 hours post IT injection of ADU-S100 or HBSS, cytokine and chemokine production within the TME of non-tumor bearing FVB/N mice were evaluated by ELISA. (A) Significant amounts of TNFα and IL-6 were produced in the TME in response to ADU-S100. (B) Significant amounts of CCL2, CCL5, and CCL11 were produced in the TME in response to ADU-S100. (C) Significant amounts of CXCL1 were produced in the TME in response to ADU-S100, whereas CXCL9 and CXCL10 were already highly expressed independent of ADU-S100 injection.
