Abstract: Cocoa is a highly traded commodity, which is why it is taken advantage of by traders who have a positive impact on the buying and selling of this product. There is a great deal of economic activity surrounding this raw material, and those workers who are solely dedicated to agriculture are focused on having their agricultural products taken into account and valued by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The workers in these small companies provide a service aimed at the labor force, making them a key point in determining the degree of effectiveness they have in the organization. The methodology used in this research presented a qualitative and quantitative approach, which is reflected through the measurement instrument used, which was the survey. A non-experimental design was used, in which a technique for data collection was implemented using a level of measurement referring to the Likert scale.
