Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and organizational support on employee performance at PT. Sinar Mitra Sepadan Finance Bengkulu Branch. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the employees of PT. Sinar Mitra Sepadan Finance Bengkulu Branch. The sampling method used a non-probabilty technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 40 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test and f-test. The results of this study can be concluded that the Incentive variable has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Support has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Incentives and Organizational Support together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
