Abstract: This study aims to determine how much influence work stress and workload have on employee performance at PT Pelindo IV Makassar New Port Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach, with 36 respondents who are employees of PT Pelindo IV Makassar New Port Branch. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis test research, it shows that the work stress variable has a regression coefficient of -0.171 with a significance level of 0.271 > 0.05, which means that work stress has negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, while the results of the t-test of the workload variable show that The regression coefficient value is 0.561 with a significance level of 0.045 <0.05, which means that the workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
