Abstract: : The purpose of this study was to find out how the work environment affects employee job satisfaction at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province. The method used is descriptive verification using a simple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were 54 employees of the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province. The sample in this study were all members of the population, namely employees at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province as many as 54 people. The results of this study are that the work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Central General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis Regresi linier sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pada pegawai Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat sebanyak 54 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota populasi yaitu pegawai pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat sebanyak 54 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Biro Umum Pusat Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat.
