Abstract: De novo and treatment-emergent TP53 by baseline EGFR-activating mutation subgroup and cumulative frequencies over time. The population consisted of the RELAY patients who had an available liquid biopsy at baseline with a valid next-generation sequencing (NGS) result that yielded at least one gene alteration and/or at least a valid NGS result in the post-study treatment discontinuation liquid biopsy sample that was positive for any gene alteration. The reported original EGFR-activating mutation (ex19del or ex21L858R) was determined by local tumor test results. "Emergent and Maintained" refers to patients who had an additional emergent TP53 mutation while maintaining the mutation they had at baseline.
