Abstract: CONSORT diagram of RELAY patients by baseline activating EGFR mutation subgroup. One patient was enrolled with an exon 21 mutation other than L858R and was reported as an important protocol deviation. The patient continued to receive study treatment due to continued treatment benefit and was subsequently discontinued from study prior to Cycle 30. One patient did not have documented evidence of ex21L858R substitution mutation at enrollment and was reported as an important protocol deviation. This patient was subsequently discontinued from study prior to Cycle 3. Progressive disease is defined as the time from the date of randomization until the date of radiographic documentation of progression (as defined by RECIST v1.1) or the date of death due to any cause, whichever is earlier. The translational research population for baseline NGS analyses (TR-BL) included patients who had any detectable NGS alteration at baseline. Treatment-emergent NGS analyses (TR-TE) included patients who had any detectable NGS alteration at baseline and at the poststudy treatment discontinuation visit upon confirmed disease progression.
