تنظيم الطرقات والعناية بها في ضوء السنة النبوية المطهرة Organizing roads and taking care of them in the light of the Sunnah

Abstract: إن هذا البحث يعالج قضية من أهم القضايا الاجتماعية وهي تنظيم طرقات الناس ورعايتها والحفاظ عليها، وقد تعرض البحث لمسألة أمن الطريق وأهميته في حياة الأمة، كذلك نظام الترشيد في تنظيم الطرقات، كبيان سعة الطريق، وتعرض البحث أيضاً لأهمية نظافة الطرقات والترغيب في إماطة الأذى، كما بينت السنة النبوية المطهرة، وجعلته من قضايا الإيمان. ثم تعرض البحث للتحذير من تغيير معالم الطريق والنهي عن بعض السلوكيات الخاطئة، ثم اختتم البحث بآداب الطريق وحقوقه، وذلك كله بمعالجة نبوية كريمة والله تعالى الموفق. This research deals with one of the most important social issues, which is organizing people's roads, caring for them, and preserving them. It also showed the purified Sunnah of the Prophet, and made it one of the issues of faith. Then the research was presented with a warning against changing the parameters of the path and forbidding some wrong behaviors, then the research concluded with the etiquette of the path and its rights, and that is all with a generous prophetic treatment, and God Almighty is the conciliator.
