Abstract: The experience of the laparoscopic treatment of 13 victims with closed liver injury is presented: 11 men and 2 women over the period from 2015 to 2020. Laparoscopy was used in patients with stable haemodynamics and a volume of haemoperitoneum of no more than 500 ml according to ultrasound data, or with any volume when the time since the injury exceeded 12 hours. In 10 cases laparoscopic correction of the injuries was performed: coagulation of liver ruptures in 7, sanation and drainage of the abdominal cavity in 3. In 3 cases out of 13 conversion of the access was performed. In the postoperative period 2 (15.4%) complications were noted. There was not a single missed injury. A fatal outcome occurred in 1 (7.7%) observation. The duration of the patients' stay in hospital was 24.4 (5—105) days.
