Abstract: Burn trauma remains a serious medical and economic problem. Patients with burn disease have a high frequency of complications and high mortality. The article discusses the issues of the diagnosis and treatment of patients with burn shock and multiple organ failure in victims with thermal injury. In addition, some aspects of pathogenesis are covered and high-technology methods are considered.
