Abstract: The article analyses the scientific literature devoted to the neuroimmunoendocrine regulation of the implantation process and discusses the insufficiently studied aspects of the problem. Three important factors in the organism are of great significance in the process of implantation: the receptivity of the endometrium, the viability of the blastocyst and the compatibility of the maternal tissue and the fetus. Analysis of the molecular mechanisms of the neuroimmunoendocrine regulation of the reproductive activity of the female organism helps physicians to understand the normal development of embryos, pregnancy and childbirth, as well as the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of various pathological processes.
