The Role of Job Satisfaction Mediates the Effect of Compensation with Employee Loyalty at Senetan Villas & Spa Resort

Abstract: This research was conducted at Senetan Villas & Spa Resort which is one of the companies engaged in accommodation or lodging services. This paper providing perspective of the role of job satisfaction as mediator at compensation and employee loyalty. The sample used in this study was 60 people. Data collection extracted from distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data in this study using path analysis. The results show that compensation has positive significant effect on job satisfaction and loyalty and job satisfaction strengthen compensation at employee loyalty.
