Abstract: This work studied the influence of risk factors on the risk of the development of cardiovascular complications in patients with ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (STE-ACS) at a young age against the background of thrombolytic therapy (TLT). 114 patients with STE-ACS were examined who had been urgently delivered by an ambulance team to the Samarkand Regional Branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Cardiology, to the department of ACS and cardiac intensive care. The patients were divided into 2 groups: group 1 — 66 patients who received TLT with streptokinase 1.5 million IU, group 2 — 48 patients who received traditional therapy. Hypercholesterolemia, aggravated heredity for cardiovascular diseases, various arrhythmias and heart defects, arterial hypertension are predictors worsening the prognosis, diseases regardless of the thrombolytic drug applied. In patients with STE-ACS of young age in combination with diabetes mellitus and hypertensive disease the condition becomes more severe irrespective of the thrombolytic therapy carried out, which once again indicates the high risk of the development of cardiovascular complications in persons of this group.
