Abstract: There is no doubt that the legal profession in its origin and its vocation is a lofty professionthat aims to support the innocent and the oppressed and to hold the criminal and oppressor accountable.However, its survival in its endeavors to that end is dependent on the commitment of its practitioners tomoral values and principles in the conduct of their work, as well as their efforts to make these workssuccessful , And this study was launched to highlight the positive qualities required in the lawyer orlegal adviser for his success in the performance of his mission in the victory of the right and falsehood,and how the client can improve the selection of the lawyer who represents him before the courts, andwhat must be observed by the Duke Of the conduct and conduct when dealing with the lawyer chosenby his agent in his legal issues.
