Abstract: The Holy Qur'an and the honorable Sunnah of the Prophet came to do justice to women and liberate them from the oppression and darkness of ignorance, and from the man's unjust control over her fate.Honoring women, affirming their humanity, and their eligibility for assignment, responsibility and punishment.And God, Glory be to Him, created His servants from a single soul, He made of this soul a spouse that complements and completes it, as He said in another verse: {And He made from it its mate, that he may dwell with her} [Al-A'raf: ٢], and He spread in this single family many men and women, all of them are servants of one Lord.And children of one mother and one father, so brothers unite them, and for this reason the verse commanded people to fear God and reject violence, and to take care of the ties of kinship between them.
