Abstract: Praise be to Allah alone, and peace and blessing of Allah be upon the last Prophet Divorce is issued by the husband against his wife, and each of them is characterized by the original condition.In such a case, the divorce becomes effective.Divorce may be issued by the man and he is characterized by one of the incidental characteristics, and the woman may be characterized also by, in an incidental condition, such as the menstruation.In such a case, when the divorce is issued by a man who is characterized by one of the incidental conditions, then this divorce needs to be considered in light of opinions of the scholars in terms of whether the divorce is effective or not.Incidental conditions may be compulsive, such as compulsion to divorce and anger, and may be optional, such as the husband's characterization of being joking when he issues the divorce.Regarding the issues related to divorce when the divorcing man is characterized by a condition contrary to the original status, the divorce of joking man and angry man are the ones required to be more considered.In the following papers, we, with the will of Allah, will discuss each issue separately.
