Abstract: HIGHLIGHTS The designed system contributes towards increased efficiency in the managing and monitoring the livestock and poultry genetic resources. The system users are able to easily query, visualize, manage, reuse, map and store FAnGR-related data. The system has the potential to be utilized as a location-based database for domestic livestock and poultry genetic resources.
