Abstract: Pharmacokinetic profile of tusamitamab ravtansine during the first cycle of treatment in patients with advanced solid tumors. Plasma concentration over time is shown for patients receiving an LD (120–170 mg/m2) followed by 100 mg/m2 every 2 weeks (cohort Q2W-LD, A) and for patients receiving fixed doses (120–190 mg/m2) every 3 weeks (cohort Q3W, B). The dotted line indicates the lower limit of quantitation (0.5 μg/mL). Q2W-LD, cohort receiving tusamitamab ravtansine as a loading dose at day 1, cycle 1, followed by a fixed dose every 2 weeks; Q3W, cohort receiving tusamitamab ravtansine every 3 weeks.
