Abstract: This study discusses how the management of students' moral development at the Al-Munawwarah Islamic Boarding School in Tirawuta Village, Pondidaha.This study uses a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods, namely describing data related to research problems.Data collected by using observation, interview, and documentation study techniques.The results of this study the behavior of students at the Al-Munawwarah Islamic Boarding School has been in accordance with the planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring.It's just that there are several factors that make coaching less than optimal, such as the lack of absorption of students, and the presence of students who live outside the cottage which has a bad influence on the students who live in the cottage.The Pondok Pesantren Al-Munawwarah applies the exemplary method, the method of cognitive education or learning in the form of morals, and the method of habituation in fostering students so that the process of fostering students goes well.
