Abstract: Genome-wide landscape of chromatin accessibility in TNBC cell lines derived from EA and AA women. A, Fragment length distribution plot for TNBC cell lines. Peak < 150 bp indicates a nucleosome-free peak; peak between 150 and 300 bp indicates a mononucleosome peak. FRiP scores greater than 0.3 indicate high quality of the data. Technical replicates (n = 2) were averaged for each cell line. B, Summary of peak distribution across all samples. C, Number of peaks by TNBC cell line. All samples had high peak numbers (∼75,000) covering promoters and intergenic regions. D, Principal component analysis showing separation of the chromosome accessibility landscape by ancestry for the nine TNBC cell lines. Technical replicates (n = 2) were averaged for each line. E, Chromosome map showing the distribution of DARs between EA and AA TNBC cells (FC > 2, FDR < 0.01).
