A zero-agnostic model for copy number evolution in cancer
Year: 2023
Type: article
Abstract: In this repository, we store the preprocessed, publicly available data used in our manuscript, "A zero-agnostic model for copy number evolution in cancer." In particular, our manuscript analyzes two datasets: Bulk whole-genome sequencing data from ten metastatic prostate cancer patients [1] Single-cell whole genome sequencing (WGS) data from 28 human breast and ovarian tumor samples [2] The copy number profiles for each dataset are stored respectively in the files gundem.zip and funnell.zip in the root directory of this repository. Both of these datasets are also publicly available from the original publications.
