Abstract: Pregnancy is a special stage in a woman's life, during which significant changes occur in her physical, physiological, psychological, and emotional aspects. The purpose of this study is to summarize the application of clothing design elements in maternity wear design based on the psychological and physiological needs of pregnant women, to meet their needs for exterior silhouette, internal structure, color, and fabric. The research findings will provide valuable information for maternity wear designers and researchers, and promote further development and innovation in the field of maternity wear design.
