Abstract: الملخص:هدف البحث إلى رصد بعض المعوقات (السلبيات) وجوانب التطوير (الايجابيات) لطلبة التعليم الفني، ووضع خطط استراتيجية مرنة لمواجهتها، واستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على ثلاث من مدارس التعليم الفني (الفني) في مدينة بلقاس الصناعية، المدارس الثانوية التجارية، والزراعية، ومن ثم كانت الأشكال التطبيقية محدودة، وانتهى البحث بمقترحات لمواجهة معوقات تنمية العنصر البشري التي تساعد على التغيير الواقعي الذي يحتاجه الكثير من الطلاب؛ بلا منازع.Abstract:The research aimed to monitor some obstacles (negatives) and aspects of development (pros) for technical education students, and to develop flexible strategic plans to face them, and the use of the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was applied to three technical education schools in Belqas Industrial City, commercial secondary schools, and agriculture, and then the applied forms were limited, and the research ended with proposals to face the obstacles to the development of the human element that help the realistic change that many students need.
