Abstract: The research deals with one of the issues of comparative jurisprudential and legal legislation, as it deals with the sale and purchase of customs confiscations from the point of view of Islamic jurisprudence and Kuwaiti law, and I made its title "Customs and the sale and purchase of their confiscations between Islamic law and Kuwaiti lawa comparative jurisprudential study."It aimed to explain the jurisprudential adaptation of customs and the sale and purchase of their confiscations.And the position of Kuwaiti law on that.I discussed it in an introduction and three sections.The introduction mentioned the reasons for choosing the topic, its importance, its problem, its objectives, previous studies on it, its approach and its plan.Then I dealt with the first section and explained the definition of buying and selling and customs confiscations linguistically and terminologically.In the second section I mentioned the legality of customs in Kuwaiti jurisprudence and law.Then in the third section I dealt with the jurisprudential and legal adaptation of buying and selling.Customs confiscations in Kuwaiti jurisprudence and law.Then I concluded with a conclusion in which I explained the most important results that I reached, then I mentioned some recommendations.Among the results that I reached was the emphasis that Islamic law is valid for every time and place, and that if the confiscated goods were confiscated correctly and are in themselves permissible, then they are permissible.They are sold by customs officials, and people are permitted to buy them.
