The Benefits of Peer Feedback in an Online Environment

Abstract: This paper discusses the advantages to be had by structuring assignments and activities in the online environment to include peer feedback. This paper will first argue why peer feedback is an essential element in any learning process and why particular so in an online environment. Accordingly this paper will consider the challenges and how to meet them. Finally, this paper will consider students' evaluations on peer feedback.
