A Smart Intracellular Self‐Assembling Bioorthogonal Raman Active Nanoprobe for Targeted Tumor Imaging (Adv. Sci. 34/2023)
Year: 2023
Type: article
Abstract: Targeted Tumor Imaging A Raman-active bioorthogonal enzyme recognition nanoprobe (nanoSABER) has been developed for selective imaging of aggressive prostate tumors. The nanoSABER selectively self-assembled inside targeted tumors and facilitated imaging with high optical contrast and sensitivity, indicating its potential for Raman-based aggressive cancer imaging.
