Antioxidant Theranostic Copolymer‐Mediated Reduction in Oxidative Stress Following Traumatic Brain Injury Improves Outcome in a Mouse Model (Adv. Therap. 12/2023)
Year: 2023
Type: article
Abstract: There are currently no approved therapies that reduce the spread of secondary injury following a traumatic brain injury. In article 2300147, Forrest M. Kievit and co-workers show that antioxidant nanoparticles enter injured brain to sequester reactive oxygen species, which results in reduced spread of injury and improved outcomes in a mouse model.
