Abstract: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التخصصات البينية المتكاملة والميزة التنافسية المستدامة بالتعليم الجامعي, واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي, وأسفرت الدراسة عن العديد من النتائج من أهمها: 1- التخصصات البينية المتكاملة هي التخصصات التي تقدم برامج تعليمية ناتجه عن الدمج بين تخصصين أو أكثر على أساس وحدة المعرفة وتكاملها؛ لإنتاج نواتج تعلم جديدة, وإعداد أجيال تلبي متطلبات المجتمع, واحتياجات سوق العمل, وتواكب التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي. . 2- التخصصات البينية المتكاملة تؤدي إلى دمج المعرفة وتحقيق التكامل بين التخصصات المختلفة. 3- التخصصات البينية المتكاملة تؤدي إلى رفع جودة العملية التعليمية في التعليم الجامعي, وإعداد مخرجات تلبي احتياجات سوق العمل. 4- التخصصات البينية المتكاملة تحقق ميزة تنافسية مستدامة لطلاب التعليم الجامعي. The Study aimed to Identifying integrated interdisciplinary disciplines and sustainable competitive advantage in University education, The researcher used the descriptive approach, the study resulted in many results, the most important of which are: 1- Integrated interdisciplinary majors are majors that offer educational programs resulting from the merger of two disciplines or more on the basis of the unity of knowledge and their integration to produce new learning outcomes and prepare generations that meet the requirements of society and the needs of the labor market and keep pace with scientific and technological development. 2- Integrated interdisciplinary aims to integrate knowledge and achieve integration between different disciplines. 3- Integrated interdisciplines lead to raising the quality of the educational process in university education and preparing outputs that meet the needs of the labor market. 4- Integrated interdisciplinary achieve a sustainable competitive advantage for university education students.
