Abstract: In this issue of Blood, Ghorashian et al report results from a phase 1 clinical trial, in which they investigated a novel CD19/CD22-bispecific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell product in a cohort of 12 patients with relapsed/refractory (r/r) acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), and they report no antigen-negative relapses. 1
