Abstract: In this book, four multilingual adolescents who have experienced migration have their say. They discuss their language acquisition biographies, and their concepts of and views on language, language use, and language acquisition. Using qualitative analysis and conversation analysis methods, this volume reveals adolescents with hybrid linguistic identities – focusing on their linguistic biographies and their lay knowledge of language.
