Abstract: Supplementary Figure S2: Heatmap and hierarchical clustering of significantly expressed genes between responders and non-responders in archival LMS samples. Heatmap and hierarchical clustering is based on the expression levels of the 96 genes which are differentially expressed. The cutoffs used are false discovery rate (FDR) <5% and fold change >=2. Each column represents a sample and each row represents a gene. The log2 relative gene expression scale is depicted on the right.
