Abstract: FASN protein expression is increased in prostate tumors from germline HOXB13 G84E carriers compared with matched WT controls. A, FASN protein expression by immunostaining is higher in HOXB13 G84E carriers than matched HOXB13 WT controls. B, ERG status is not associated with FASN protein expression among HOXB13 G84E carriers, though higher expression is seen among ERG-positive compared with ERG-negative tumors from HOXB13 WT controls (****, P < 0.0001).
